Said tuning voltage (c) is applied to a voltage-to-current converter 11, is converted to a current value according to a variation of a level of the voltage (c), and is applied to a discoloring light emission source 12. In the discoloring light emission souce 12, its hue is varied in accordance with the applied current. Accordingly, the tuning frequency is recognized by a variation of a light beam.
