Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform a rapid temperature measurement in a simple manner, by a method wherein a temperature-measuring element is constituted such that a copper wire is wound around a supporter. CONSTITUTION:A toroidal concavity is formed in an outer shell cylinder 1 of an oxygen electrode, and an copper wire is wound around the concavity to form a copper resistance 2. An epoxy resin 3 is applied on the copper resistance 2. The copper resistance 2 is then coupled to a microcomputer previously storing a relation of temperature to resistance of the oxygen electrode to compensate the temperature of the oxygen electrode. A temperature-measuring element is built into a measuring electrode as describes above, and this enables to simultaneously perform a temperature measurement of an object to be measured and a temperature compensation of the electrode.
