Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve responsiveness and mechanical strength by forming a supporting body for a resistor with a metallic material of sufficiently high heat conductivity to a prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 3 is supported on the outside circumference of a cylindrical pipelike metallic supporting body 1 via an insulation film 2 formed over the entire length. A pair of electrodes 4 are secured onto the film 2 in both end parts of the body 1, and are connected respectively electrically to both terminals of the resistor 3. The surface of the resistor 3 is protected by coating the same with a glass film 5. As a result, the response time thereof is reduced like a curve A.
