Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain half dried noodles having good shape and appearance, and taste, by cutting noodle lines into a given length, hanging cut noodles on a lever for hanging noodles, suspending both ends of the lever on an endless chain conveyor, passing these noodles through three chambers of a drying, steaming, and cooling chambers continuously.
