Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure assembling precision by a method wherein a pump chamber is composed of a plurality of casings and closed completely by welding to prevent refrigerant from leakage and pump components are fixed to a compartment plate though which the inner part of the closed casing is divided into an upper and a lower housing. CONSTITUTION:The part in which refrigerant runs is closed by welding an upper and a lower housing 5, 4 comprising a pump chamber, the refrigerant can be prevented completely from leaking from the pump chamber and the quantity of refrigerant in a heat transfer device maintains always a proper value and can keep a stable heat transfer property. Besides, a compartment plate 6 is fixed to a lower housing 4 in assembly, then, a lower bearing 9, a cylinder 10, a rotor 13, a shaft 15, a vane 14, an upper bearing 11 are stacked in order, located and then tightened with a plurality of bolts 12. A magnet 16 on the pump side is fixed to the shaft 15, then the upper housing 5 is coated on it and the upper and the lower housing 5, 4 are welded supplying inert gas like nitrogen etc. into the pump chamber. Thereby, assembly can be conducted easily and assembling precision can be ensured.
