Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a diaphragm and an upper body from separating from each other and fuel from leaking by a method wherein the whole peripheral edge of a diaphragm is sandwiched by the whole peripheral lower edge of an upper body and the lower end is fixed by a cover to the upper of a lower body.
