Abstract

This vaporizing gas is discharged to the outside through adsorbent cooling pipe 20 and vaporizing gas discharge pipe 19 provided in the adsorbent in accordance with need. Since vaporizing gas is at low temperature around allowance fusion point at the time, adsorbent is cooled by sensible heat which vaporizing gas has. Therefore, adsorption property of adsorbent is improved, pressure reduction space is kept under the condition of high vacuum for long period.
