CONSTITUTION:When a wavelength selective signal is inputted to an arithmetic control device 15 by an external input apparatus 19 a number from a filter of an initially set up wavelength is operated and counted value is preset and then, a control signal S8 is sent to a motor driving circuit 17. A signal S7 is sent to the device 15 from a peak holding circuit 12 through a detector 6 and an amplifier 10 with every rotation of a filter holder 3 and insertion of the filter in luminous flux and a motor stop signal S8 is outputted when preset value is made zero and then, desired filter is set up in the luminous flux. Monochromatic light is entered a detector 8 through a flow cell 7 and measured value is obtained through an amplifier 11, a multiflexer 13, an AD converter 14 and an operational amplifier 15. Hereby, the filter is positioned quickly and the accuracy is improved.
