Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase engagement ratio of planetary gear equipment and carry out power transmission smoothly, by forming nonsymmetrically tooth profiles of sun gear of circular gear and planetary gear meshed to inner gear as theoretical tooth profile for each gear.
CONSTITUTION: A planetary gear transmission equipment is formed allowing to mesh sun gear 1 provided with pin roller 1a as tooth and inner gear 2 provided with pin roller 2a to planetary gear 3 respectively. Tooth profile 7 on one side of planetary gear 3 is formed as theoretical tooth profile to sun gear 1, tooth profile 8 on another side is formed as theoretical tooth profile to inner gear 2. Thereby, power transmission to the constant direction is carried out smoothly.
