Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the state of magnetic wall due to the difference of static erasure of magnetic field, by making use of the static annihilated magnetic field difference that differs according to the state of bubble magnetic wall when the magnetic field is vertically applied to a prescribed garnet film. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic garnet film is formed on a nonmagnetic garnet substrate of (110). Thus different types of magnetic bubbles having different states of magnetic wall are generated and made to opposite to information 1 and 0. Then not a magnetic field but a static vertical bias magnetic field is applied within the film surface, and accordingly difference of the bubble erasure magnetic fields according to the type of bubble. Thus the state of magnetic wall is discriminated by the static erasure magnetic field difference.
