Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable filling of an under-mentioned cavity with a hardener at a low- pressure, by a method wherein a nozzle for feeding a hardener is installed at the back of an agitating member, and is positioned in the cavity being formed in the ground resulting from the removal of soil by means of an agitating members.
CONSTITUTION: Agitating members 2 are radially secured on a vertical shaft 1 in a horizontal direction. A feed pipe 3 is located at the back of the agitating member 2, and a nozzle 5 is screwed in the wall surface of the feed pipe 3. A hollow part (a) at the inside of the rotary shaft 1 is connected to a nozzle 5 through a hole b in the feed pipe 3. Through the rotation of the agitating members 2 whose excavating claw (10) side is caused to point to the rotation direction, the passage of the agitating member 2 forms a cavity. If a hardener is supplied to a nozzle 5 through the hollow part (a) in the rotary shaft 1, the hardner flows for the supply in a manner to fill the cavity with it. Thus, despite of the low pressure, the hardener is meanly dispersed and supplied over the whole area of an agitation range along the agitaing member 2.
