Abstract

PURPOSE: To create a stable plating soln. surface and carry out sure injection plating on a material to be plated without using any mask by controlling the power of an injecting plating soln. by a porous body provided between a nozzle and the plating object.
CONSTITUTION: The plating soln. injected from a nozzle 1a is applied onto a porous body 13, and is ejected to the top surface side of the body 13 through its pores. At this time, the initial power of the injected plating soln. flow 14 is de-energized by the body 13. The flow 14 is applied to the surface 15 opposite to the nozzle of a plating object 4a and the flow direction thereof is changed to the direction along the body 13, whereby it is flowed out in an arrow A direction. At this time, the laminar surface 16 of the outflowing plating soln. flow is in a stable state and assumes a flat state; therefore, it does not contact with the lead parts 12a existing in the side face section of the object 4a. Hence, only the above-described opposite surface 15 contacts the plating soln. and the plating is carried out on that section.
