Abstract
PURPOSE:To elevate the mass-productivity, by making a recording layer adhere by means of spattering onto the first organic sheet having heat resistance which has been drawn into a vacuum device, and subsequently by thermally fixing the second organic sheet to the first organic sheet by means of heating. CONSTITUTION:An organic sheet 11 is fed out at a prescribed speed from a supplying source 14, and is washed through a washing device 15. The washed organic sheet 11 is drawn into a vacuum device 16, and passes through between earth electrodes 18a, 18b corresponding to targets 17a, 17b provided in the device 16. As for these targets 17a, 17b and earth electrodes 18a, 18b, high frequency is applied between each of them, as a result of which discharge is generated and a recording layer is formed. Subsequently, transparent organic sheets 13a, 13b consisting of polyester resin, etc. are drawn into the vacuum device 16 through washing devices 21a, 21b, are made to pass through between pressure plates 23a, 23b which have incorporated heaters 22a, 22b, and are thermally fixed. By such method, the productive capacity becomes 10-20 times as compared to a conventional method, and the mass-productivity is greatly elevated.
