CONSTITUTION:A paint which contains magnetic particles and has >=2,000cP (centipoise) viscosity is applied on the surface of a base body, and subsequently it is made to pass through in the orthogonal direction to the magnetic field, between the magnetic poles having >=2,000Oe magnetic field, by which a vertical magnetic recording medium is manufactured.
