Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a flow-rate measuring device which prevents the condensation of vapor and to make it possible to accurately measure the flow-rate of condensable gas by providing a heating mechanism around pressure conducting pipes wherein a difference in pressure can be measured by differential pressure gauges which are provided at an upstream side piping and a downstream side piping of an orifice. CONSTITUTION:Two pressure conducting pipes 3, 3 extended from the side of condensation tanks 4, 4 respectively are connected to the upstream side and the downstream side of an orifice 2 provided in a piping 1 wherein vapor flows through, and a heating mechanism is formed by winding heat pipes 8, 8 spirally around the pressure conducting pipes 3, 3. condensation tanks 4, 4 are connected via standard head piepes 5, 5 to a differential pressure gauge 6 which obtains the flow-rate of vapor by detecting a difference in pressure across the orifice 2. Since heating mechanisms 7, 7 are provided around pressure conducting pipes 3, 3 which connect condensation tanks 4, 4 to the upstream side and downstream side piping 1 of the orifice 2 as mentioned above, a water stop by the condensation of vapor is not formed in pressure conducting pipes 3, 3 and the flow-rate of vapor can be accurately obtained.
