Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of electricity-pneumatic pressure conversion by varying the flow rate of compressed aie flowing through a venturi tube by means of a solenoid operated valve mechanism to be controlled by a electric signal which is obtained by the conversion of the pressure of the compressed air in said tube. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is introduced into a venturi tube 11 and the static pressure of compressed air flowing through a throat unit 14 is taken out by an output tube 15. This static pressure is converted into electric signal by a semiconductor pressure sensor 16, amplified by 19 and then converted into feedback voltage Ef. A difference in voltage Ed obtained by comparing feed back voltage Ef with input voltage Ei is amplified 2 and it controls a solenoid operated valve 3 which, in turn, varies the flow-rate Q of compressed air to be guided into through an input port 8 and discharged into the atmosphere through an output port 9.
