Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a device which has durability and requires no cleaning, and to get rid of contamination caused by scattering of a toner, by making a nonmagnetic recording sheet adhere tightly onto a magnetic recording layer, moving it, recording it magnetically, and after that, developing, fixing, and separating the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Onto a magnetic recording layer of a turning magnetic recording body 1, a nonmagnetic recording body 2 is made to adhere tightly by a tightly adhering device 8 such as a corona discharge device, and passes through between a magnetic recording head 3 and a closed magnetic field forming member 4. When a current is applied to a coil 3A of the magnetic recording head 3, the magnetic recording layer of the magnetic recording body 1 is magnetized, and a magnetic latent image is recorded on the magnetic recording layer in accordance with a signal corresponding to information to be printed. The nonmagnetic recording sheet 2 which has been made to adhere tightly onto the magnetic recording body 1 is developed by a development part 5, is fixed by a fixation part 6, and after that, is peeled off and separated from the magnetic recording body 1. In this regard, the magnetic latent image is demagnetized by a demagnetization head 7.
