CONSTITUTION:Onto a magnetic recording layer of a turning magnetic recording body 1, a nonmagnetic recording body 2 is made to adhere tightly by a tightly adhering device 8 such as a corona discharge device, and passes through between a magnetic recording head 3 and a closed magnetic field forming member 4.
