Abstract

PURPOSE:To form insulating paper in single paper, to arrange the winding of each phase in a balanced manner while continuously connecting the winding of the same phase, and to shorten armature winding housing time and connection work time by improving a housing method for the winding. CONSTITUTION:Each winding of A1(1-2), A2(3-4) and A3(5-6) is formed continuously. When housing the winding, a plurality of the winding are disposed successively from the lower side of a groove, are inserted to the lower side of the groove, and move to an upper section of the groove while a plurality of the winding are arranged successively. Accordingly, beltlike winding with circumferential length is used for insulating the upper side and lower side of the groove. In this constitution, the insertion work time of the insulating paper can be shortened because insulation in the same groove and at the upper side and lower side of the winding of different phases is conducted only one beltlike winding with circumferential length. On the other hand, the imbalance of currents are not generated among each phase because the winding of each phase is arranged in order in a U phase, a V phase and a W phase at both the upper side and the lower side in the groove. The housing time and connection time of the winding can be shortened by adopting the continuous winding of the winding.
