Abstract
PURPOSE:To correct the dispersion among sensors, by the operation between the output AD-converting the output of a sensor and the corrected value from a memory storing the correcting value. CONSTITUTION:An output of an AD converter 10 inputting the output of a CCD sensor is inputted to a multiplier 13. The address and its correction value corresponding to every one bit of the sensor are stored in a memory 12 as a digital value. The correcting value according to each bit is inputted to the multiplier 13 with the address set from a control circuit 11. The multiplier 13 receives the output of the AD converter 10, output from the memory 12 and the multiplying timing for numerical multiplication. The result of multiplication is an output 14 corrected every bit. Thus, even if there is any dispersion among sensors, accurate detecting information is obtained.
