Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of independent rough work and finish work programs by inputting the final working shape, finish accuracy and the tool number.
CONSTITUTION: The programed numeric command data is read out from an input section 2 in accordance with the instruction from a work operating section 4 and stored in a final working shape memory 17. The numeric command data includes the final shape, finish accuracy, tool numbers of rough and finish work, work condition, etc. A central processing unit 3 will refer said memory 17 for the finishing face accuracy command data to add the finishing margin corresponding with the finishing face accuracy thus to calculate the tool path and stores in a tool path memory 16 together with the work condition data. After performing the rough work in accordance with the content of said memory 16, the finish work is performed in accordance with the content of said memory 17.
