Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the highly accurate, compact transformer, by forming two coils comprising spiral conductor patterns, wherein width and thickness of the conductor and the interval between the conductor parts are specified, on an insulating substrate so as to generate mutual inductance, or adding a magnetic body to magnetic path. CONSTITUTION:The spiral conductor patterns 2 which have the width of 20- 200mum, the conductor interval of 0.5-100mum, and the thickness of 15-200mum are formed on the upper and bottom surfaces of the insulating substrate 1 so as to have the same pattern for the upper and bottom surfaces. Both patterns are connected by a through holes 3 so that the directions of the currents are the same. In the case of parallel connection, they are laminated by useing an insulating bonding agent 4. In the case of series connection, laminating is performed so that the other substrate 1, wherein the direction of the pattern 2 is reversed, is used. If necessary, holes are perforated at the parts of the substrate 1 wherein the patterns 2 are not present, and the magnetic body 8 is put in the holes. The patterns 2, which held said magnetic body 8, are used as primary coil 9 and a secondary coil 10. In this way, a unitary body is obtained, and a mutual induction can be generated.
