Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure the temp. and spectral rates of an object by combining (m) colors suitably out of (n) color spectral rays, assuming m-1 pieces of parameters, performing m-color spectral separation, correcting the parameters as a result of these and repeating the m-color spectral separation. CONSTITUTION:The light from a lighting light source 17 is made into beams of light 20 of different spectral distributions by an inclusion 19 and irradiates an object 18 to be measured. The light 21 in which the light reflected therefrom and the light radiated from the object 18 are mixed by way of a surface inclusion 22 is spectrally separated by a filter 22a, and is entered to a photoelectric converter 24. Said incident light is converted to the quantity 25 of electricity corresponding to respective effective wavelengths and is inputted together with the weight of the relative spectral radiation intensity of the lighting light source 17 to a computer 26, which determines the temp., spectral emissivity and spectral reflectance of the object 18 by a 5-color spectroscopic method. At this time, the method of combining suitable 3-4 colors out of the colors, assuming 2-3 parameters, practising a 3-4 spectroscopic method, correcting the parameters based on the results thereof, and again repeating the same spectroscopic method is employed.
