Abstract
PURPOSE:To grasp the characteristics of the rotor accurately by arranging a linear core on which a detecting coil is wound into a predetermined slot of an exciting core for a test and measuring gyrate magnetic flux based on currents between bars generated at the time when energizing the exciting winding of the core as induced voltage. CONSTITUTION:The rotor R to be tested is molded in such a manner that the rotor core 2 is fitted to a shaft 1 and a plurality of the aluminum bars 3 are casted on an outer circumferential section of the core 2 through die casting. The exciting core 10 is arranged on the outer circumference of the core 2 of the rotor R at a distance of a clearance G, a plurality of the slots 11 are notched to an inner circumferential surface of the exciting core 10, and the exciting winding 12 is housed in the slots 11. A stator frame 13 supports the device together with a bearing bracket, the linear core 14 for detection on which the detecting coil 7 is wound is inserted and disposed in the axial direction of a predetermined one slot opening section 11a of the slots 11, and an AC voltmeter 8 is connected to an end section of the detecting coil 7. Accordingly, the characteristics of the rotor can be grasped accurately.
