Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid enlargement without increasing cost, and to improve the cooling efficiency of the rotary electric machine by forming black thin-films on the surface of a stator of the side opposing to a rotor, an inner surface of a housing and an outer circumferential surface of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:An armature plate 1 is held between a center piece 11 in aluminum and a ring 12, and the center piece 11 is fixed to a rotary shaft 10 and turned as one body. The surface 20 of the side opposing to the rotor 1 of a magnet 8 functioning as the stator, the inner surfaces 21 of the housings 2, 3 and the outer circumferential surface 22 of the armature plate 1 are coated with the black thin-films 18 by using the spray of velvet coating by paints such as black lacquer. Accordingly, heat generated at the rotor section is excellently transmitted to the housings and the stator as radiant heat from the black thin-films on the surface of the rotor, and the heat of the rotor can be diffused sufficiently to the air.
