Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the protection of optical fiber wires and feeding, by covering the optical fiber wires with an armor which consists of conductor parts insulated electrically in a circumferential direction and having a pipe-like section shape. CONSTITUTION:Optical fiber wires 1 are bundled and covered with a protective layer 2. Then, the bundle is covered with a pipe-like armor 3 consisting of conductor parts. In the figure, the pipe-like armor 3 consisting of two conductor parts 3A and 3B is used and the both are insulated electrically from each other by an insulator 4. Then, a cable sheath 5 is provided to complete a cable, and feeding is possible by using those two conductor parts 3A and 3B.
