Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a screen printer with simple constitution for small pressworks whose printing accuracy is high, by conveying works successively by an intermittently rotating feeder to just under a screen, and performing the printing during the suspension of the feeder.
CONSTITUTION: A holder capable of arbitrarily adjusting the gradient and contact pressure of a squeegee 18 against a screen surface and the orientation of the squeegee against the texture is beared by a shaft bearing member 30 which is in turn rotably beared to a slider member 36 of a reciprocating slider crank mechanism, and the slider member 36 can be swung by a cam mechanism 46 thus to constitute a screen printing apparatus. An air chamber 60 positioned at the place where a work holding member 56 is attached and a stopper insertion bore 61 are communicative with each other, and a rotating disk 54, which rotates intermittently and synchronously with the movement of the squeegee 18, a suction nozzle 63, which sucks and secures the work on the holding member 56 when the rotating disk 54 is suspended, are provided to constitute the intermittently rotating feeder. The captioned screen printer comprises the screen printing apparatus and the intermittently rotating feeder.
