Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the fixing work by a method wherein a counterflow type heat exchanger is horizontally arranged within a casing main body locating in the indoor side and as well as blowers are arranged opposedly each other above and below the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger 1 is horizontally inserted in the casing main body 19 and the first and second blowers 24 and 25 are arranged pinchingly the heat exchanger 1 from above and below. A suction port 20 of the casing main body 19 is connected to an inflow port 6 of the heat exchanger 1 through the blower 24 and a discharge port 21 is connected to efflux port 9 through the blower 25. Due to the construction described above, the indoor air is induced from the suction port 20 as indicated with the arrow 29 and past through the heat exchanger 1 as indicated with the arrows 12 and then discharge outside from a discharge port 22 as indicated with the arrow 30. And at the same time, the outdoor air is induced from a suction port 23, past through the heat exchanger 1 and, after that, discharged into room from the discharge port 21.
