A sample hold output S2 is given to a synthesizer 31 via an amplifier 32 from the termination circuit 202N+1, and the synthesizer 31 supplies a signal S3 to a signal synthesizer 34 via a signal attenuator 36 with synthesis by addition. The synthesizer 34 supplies the signal S4 obtained through the synthesis by subtraction of the signals S1, S3 to a signal synthesizer 35 via an amplifier 37.
