Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the flow rates of respective independent fluids and mixed fluids visible with a single flowmeter by providing a changeover valve and a scale changer to a flow rate control device which requlates mixing ratios of mixed fluids. CONSTITUTION:One piece of a flowmeter and a changeover valve for selectively feeding either of independent fluids or mixed fluids are provided to a flow rate control device which regulates the mixing ratios of the mixed fluids by controlling the respective flow rates of two kinds of different fluids, and a display part changing to the scales corresponding to the respective fluids in accordance with the operations of the valve is disposed in proximity to the above-mentioned flowmeter. For example, gaseous O2 and N2O taken from a gas source connecting unit 210 are fed via a pressure regulating unit 220, a flow rate control unit 230 to a flow rate display unit 300. Only the gaseous mixture or either one of the independent gas is passed through a flowmeter 341 to a total amount outflow unit 251 by the operation of a changeover valve 320 there, whereby the flowmeter scales corresponding to the kinds of the fluids are obtained in accordance with the operations of the valve.
