Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to shift a large amount of a fine powder over a long period of time without clogging even if a content of said fine powder in a solvent is high by together using ultrasonic vibration and operation of a high speed scraper in the vicinity of a sieve.
CONSTITUTION: In a container 1 equipped with an ultrasonic generator, water is filled and recirculated and cooled by a pump 12 and a cooler 13. In a sifting container 2 provided so as to immerse a bottom part thereof in water, a cylindrical sieve 3 is provided and an electromotor 11 equipped with a scraper 4 moving in the vicinity of the sieve 3 is mounted thereto. A suspension of a fine powder passing the sieve 3 is continuously discharged from a pipe 6 and a suspension containing large fine particle not passing the sieve 3 is intermittently taken out to the outside of a system from a hollow rotaty shaft 7 of the scraper through a pipe 14.
