Abstract

The said controller 30 adjusts the rotational speed of a motor 1a for turning the cage 1 correspondingly to the position signal e0 obtained by amplifying the position signal ei by the function amplifier 20, and hereby, controls the discharging speed of the rod or pipe material 2 discharged from the cage 1.
