Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 of an FRP leaf plate is provided with a concave part 2 to be positioned at a plate end part sldably faced to other leaf plate or a contact plate. This concave part 2 is shaped into a groove which encircles a longitudinal part of the main body 1 in directions of the width and the thickness to cover respective faces of a tension side 3, a compression side 4, and axial both sides 5 and 5 of the main body 1 by the process of pressing at the same time with the shaping of the main body. Meanwhile, an abrasion-proof member 6 made of a steel plate is provided with a base part 7, both wing parts 8 and 8, and top parts 9 and 9 in one body, and mounted on the concave part 2 by calking.
