Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a stator iron core causing no looseness of bolts without increasing the number of processes by pressing the circumference of a bolt hole penetrated in the axial direction with welding pressure larger than that to the other parts in a process pressing a laminated iron core in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:After forming a laminated iron core 4 by stacking iron core plates punched in predetermined shape, a mandrel 14 is inserted in the inside diameter section 4a of the iron core and a pressing ring 12 is also closely attached to the end surface of the iron core through a surface pressing plate 13 and a pressure treatment is done by applying welding pressure P2 to the axial direction.
