When the S-phase voltage is reduced to 0 volt approximately under the state where the control signal (e) is 1, the output transistor of a photocoupler PC1 is turned off, and a point (c) becomes logical 0. When points (a) and (c) become logical 0 together, a clock termial CL of the D type flip-flop IC2 changes from logical 0 to logical 1. By this rise, logical 1 is outputted to an output terminal Q, and a photocoupler PC3 is turned on, and a trigger signal of a minute DC voltage is generated between terminals TS and GS. Meanwhile, when the control signal is reduced to 0, the trigger signal disappears immediately.
