Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure a conduction performance, to work plural sheets simultaneously, and to make the gap between upper and lower electrode plates uniform, by using an electrically conductive plastic having an elastic property, as a conduction material placed between the upper and lower electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A pulverulent body consisting of silver and carbon is used as an electrically conductive filler 201, urethane or silicone resin which expands in case of urethane or silicone resin which expands in case of thermosetting is used as a binder 202, and they are adjusted to the paste-like state having 200-300ps viscosity by use of solvent 203 such as xylene. A sealding material is thermally press-fixed, and an electrically conductive material is hardened simultaneously, and when it is hardened, urethane or silicone matrix is hardened while expanding, but since it is elastic, it is capable of sufficiently following an expanse between the upper and lower electrodes, which is caused by warping of glass or an ununiform load, after load has been removed. Also, as compared to a sealing material, it is soft and apt to be deformed, therefore, it does not exert influence on uniformity of a gap between the substrates.
