Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the load inversion phenomena of a steam turbine likely to occur when the load on the plant has changed by keeping the opening of a control valve, in the turbine pressure control system of a complex cycle generating plant, at a constant value in the pressure variable range.
CONSTITUTION: The steam control valve makes prepressure constant control (P1) from the time t0 to t1, and then holds the opening of the control valve constant when the load on the gas turbine has attained L01. Then, it will control the prepressure constant when the prepressure attains P2. Thus the opening of control valve the primary increase or decrease of load on steam turbine can be entirely prevented, that will assure a smooth variation of the load.
