PURPOSE:To reduce pressurizing load obviate the occurrence of cracking by pressurizing and crushing the end part of a fine tube communicating with a temp. sensing part then applying ultrasonic vibrations while exerting pressure thereby pressurizing, crushing and adhering said part. CONSTITUTION:A fine tube 1 is placed on the projection 15 of a vibrator 2, and fluid pressure is applied on the 1st piston 6 to crush the tube 1 between the leading end 10 of a piston rod 9 and the projection 15 to an elliptical shape. Next, this pressurizing load is removed, and fluid pressure is applied upon the top surface of a 2nd piston 7 to press and hold the tube 1 crushed by the leading end 10 between the same and the projection 15. Thence, an ultrasonic transmitter 11 is operated, and the tube 1 is thoroughly method together by the solid phase binding that does not form any oxidized scale owing to ultrasonic vibrations.
