Abstract

PURPOSE: To work easily and reliably, by nipping a diaphragm by means of two diaphragm support substance and also by keeping a constant nipping strength, and by welding together a joint of the two support substances by applying layser beams.
CONSTITUTION: A center hole of a diaphragm is fitted in a center projection of a valve 3 whose sides are of a convex shape, and a plunger 2, which can be fitted in the projection and is made of a magnetic material, is fitted in the aforesaid work. Then the valve 3 and the plunger 2, which nip the diaphragm 1, are laid on a stand 16 united in one body with a piston 19, and the pressured fluid is filled into a cylinder 17. And thus, the valve 3, diaphragm 1 and the plunger 2 are pressured by a constant pressure force at a space provided between the stand 16 and a pressure frame 15. Furthermore, layser beams 30 are applied to a surface, where the plunger 2 abuts on the valve 3, through a deflecting plate 31 and a lense 32 to weld together the plunger 2 and the valve 3.
