The fibers F1, F2...Fn are fixed to the multiple core holder 3. The mobile stage 7 has the rough aligning function which sequentially moves the optical fibers by a pitch P, and the multiple holder 3 has a fine aligning function which aligns the optical system and the optical fiber to be measured to the optimum coupling state. Conversely, the mobile stage 7 can have the fine aligning function and the multiple holder 3 can have rough aligning function.
