Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution by sampling and holding charge signal sequences from two shift registers and by synthesizing the resulting signals into a single output signal. CONSTITUTION:A charge signal detection part consists of the 1st and 2nd charge signal detection part 13 and 14, which detect charge signals, read out by analog shift registers 1 and 2, separately. The charge signals detected by the charge detection parts 13 and 14 are inputted to source follower circuits consisting of MOSFETs 15 and 16, and 19 and 20 to be sampled and held through the switch operations of MOSFETs 18 and 22. The charge signals sampled and held separately are synthesized by a source follower MOSFET23 and led out through an output terminal 24.
