Abstract
PURPOSE: To lessen time and cost required for manufacturing the roller of duplicator by pressing a metal roller on the surface of a fluorine-containing resin film formed on side of the roller in such a way as to flatten and smoothen the surface.
CONSTITUTION: A fluorine-containing resin film 3 is formed on the side 2 of the roller 1 of a duplicaror for business office by coating a fluorine-containing resin paint or overlaying a fluorine-containing resin molding on the side 2. An adequate rotator 7 is attached to the shaft 6 of the roller 1, and a presser 8 is attached to the pressing roller 5. When the rotator 7 is turned and the roller 1 is turned, the pressing roller 5 is also turned to press on the surface of the resin film. Thus, because the danger of intermixture of foreign matters in the fluorine-containing resin film is eliminated, the flattening and smoothening treatment for the roller of a duplicator can be attained in a short time.
