Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep an inner surface of a cavity fine at all times by discharging a gas with high pressure from a clearance formed between a projecting pin and an inserting hole and preventing the intrusion of an evaporating section of an additive when injecting melted resin into the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A fixed die 4 and a movable die 5 are clamped to form the cavity 6, a gas unit control 16 is actuated, and the gas with high pressure is introduced into the inserting hole 9 of the die 5 through a gas hose 15, a gas introducing groove 14 and a manifold gas groove 13, discharged into the cavity 6 through the clearance 10 between the inserting hole 9 and the projecting pin 7 and filled. The melted resin is injected into the cavity 6 through an injection nozzle 17, a runner section 19 and a gate 18, a shape is molded, a movable member 2 is retreated while a substrate 8 is butted to a push lever 22, the pin 7 is moved forward in the inserting hole 9 and the shape is exfoliated from the die 5.
