Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize the connection of coils and compose a one-body armature coil efficiently, by a method wherein a plurality of rectangular ring-shaped branching parts and narrow central merging parts, each of which has a length of a half of a coil pitch, are connected lengthwise successively and a alternately so as to compose one continuous armature coil. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular ring-shaped branching parts 11a, 13a and narrow central merging parts 11b, 13b, each of which has a length of a half of a coil pitch, are put in a range lenghwise in the same plane alternately and armature coils 11, 13 are composed in one body. Said coils 11, 13 are settled into a storing space of a forming frame 19 with a descrepancy of a half of a coil pitch. From the upper side of the forming frame 19, in which the coils 11, 13 are settled, a core 10 is inserted so that poles 10a, 10b are engaged into engagement holes 19a, 19b of the frame 19 respectively. A field 20 is composed of a field core 21 and field coils 22a, 22b each of which has a length of a half of a coil pitch.
