Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage coefficient of a magnetic path material by covering a high magnetic permeability magnetic material with an insulating layer made of an insulating base material having the predetermined thickness and an adhesive, thereby reducing the thickness of the insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 7, e.g., polyamide or the like is coated on the lower surface of an insulating base material 6, and is adhered onto a magnetic material 8, e.g., a silicon steel plate or the like, thereby forming a stator yoke. In this manner, a thin insulating layer of the stable thickness, e.g., approx. 0.1mm. can be simply obtained without being affected by the influence of the coating irregularity or the like of the adhesive. Consequently, the gap between a rotor magnet and a stator yoke can be reduced, thereby reducing the magnetic flux leakage coefficient.
