Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled calculator on which mountings can be made easily and which has an excellent appearance, by constructing the lead of a conductive rubber and making the thickness of the solar battery equal to that of the liquid crystal displaying body. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous solar battery 21 and a liquid crystal displaying panel 22 are placed on a wiring substrate 23 and the lead is constructed of a conductive rubber 24. Moreover, the upper surface electrode is covered with a molding agent 25 and the thickness of the molding agent 25 is adjusted so that the thickness of the battery 21 may become equivalent to that of the panel 22. In this way, levels of the upper surfaces of the glasses coincide to each other, and cases can be fitted easily without making any arrangement, and thus mounting of cases becomes easier. Moreover, since there is nothing which interfers incident lights into the solar battery section, the conversion efficiency from light to electric energy becomes higher and the appearance of the electronic calculator thus obtained becomes excellent.
