A polyisocyanate 3 is coated on the surface of the film 1 in active processing. The processed film 1 is heated and formed into diaphragm for acoustic device to obtain a desired diaphragm. The heating and forming of the film 1 after active processing can be made easy to mass-produce diaphragm.
