Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate joining by a method wherein a terminal plate for intermediate connection is formed by connecting a copper plate and an Al plate, a copper cover is connected to the copper plate and the Al lead conductor is connected to the Al plate. CONSTITUTION:The terminal plate 12 for intermediate connection is shaped by connecting the copper plate 12a and the Alplate 12b, and a corrosion-proof treatment layer 12e is mounted to the connecting section. A plurality of the lead conductors 11 of rectangular Al wire drawn out of a coil is connected to the Al plate 12b by melting welding sections 13. The copper cover 14 for external connection is connected to the copper plate 12a. Accordingly, the terminal plate 12 and the copper plate 14 can easily be joined by using normal screw and spring washer because joining between the terminal plate 12 and the copper cover 14 shapes copper-copper joining and there is no necessity for considering a creep. On the other hand, the terminal plate 12 and the lead conductor 11 can also be joined easily because joining between the terminal plate 12 and the lead conductor 11 forms Al- Al joining.
