Abstract
PURPOSE:To form the magnet, which functions efficiently and is cheap, for a wire dot printer, etc. by forming a hole similar to a section of a core to a yoke member and pressing in and fixing the core to the hole. CONSTITUTION:A wire guide 11 and the holes 12, which are similar to the section of the core 10 and are slightly smaller than the core, are shaped to the bottom of the hollow cylindrical yoke 13. The yoke 13 is manufactured through a powder sintering method. The magnet 14 for the dot printer is formed by pressing in and fixing the cores 10 to the yoke 13. Since the cores 10 and the yoke 13 are settled without clearances by shaping the magnet in this manner, magnetic flux does not leak, and a magnetic circuit having excellent efficiency can be formed. Since the yoke 13 is sintered, the magnet can cheaply be manufactured.
