Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a highly efficient test for the functions of the center side with a small number of persons, by giving an artificial simulation to the totalization of data. CONSTITUTION:An incoming signal C1 is first transmitted by an automatic dialing function of a simulator, and thus a CPU4 of a center sends back an answer voice. The simulator confirms this answer voice with the on/off signal FVO. When the signal FVO is turned off, a control part 18 actuates a counter 14 for counting to read the data out of a memory 15. After this, the part 18 receives an answer signal and sets the counter 14 at the next data storing address. Thus the name of place is read out of the memory 15, and then the voting is done.
