PURPOSE:To easily increase the number of master telephone sets and slave telephone sets to be connected, and also to decrease the number of lines, adding a function, by dispersing a controlling circuit to a main equipment and the master telephone sets. CONSTITUTION:When a slave telephone set 1 pushes a call switch CS1, a call signal is inputted to a controlling circuit 2 of a main equipment 1 through a terminal r1, drives A, B and C selectively, operates a call oscillator 3 simultaneously, and the call signal is supplied to each master telephone sets M1-Mn through a terminal (s) and a service line SL. When one of the master telephone set M1-Mn has taken up a transmitter and receiver, a channel is formed in the master telephone set through the service line SL, and service is executed by detecting a service DC current which is supplied to a slave telephone set R1 by controlling circuits C1-Cn, and making a service level conform with a level of a loudspeaker type slave telephone set. On the other hand, service between the master telephone sets M1-Mn is executed by pushing a corresponding call switch CSn and driving corresponding oscillators O1-On.
